Developing The Performance of University Leaders in light of The Challenges of The 21st Century: Creative Distinctive Future Leadership

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء القيادات الجامعية في ضوء تحديات القرن الحادي والعشرين بما يحقق قيادة مستقبلية مبدعة ومتميزة، وقد قدمت الدراسة من خلال ثلاثة مباحث رئيسية: المبحث الأول، والذي تم من خلاله استعراض التحديات التي تواجهها القيادة الجامعية في القرن الحادي والعشرين والتي من أبرزها العولمة وظهور مفهوم التحالف والشراكات والتكامل والترابط، وإدارة التكنولوجيا. والمبحث الثاني، ونوقش فيه التوجهات الاستراتيجية للعمل القيادي في ضوء النظرة المستقبلية لمتطلبات القرن الحادي والعشرين، وتم فيه تناول القيادة وتطور الفكر القيادي في المحور الأول، والفكر الإداري المعاصر كموجه استراتيجي لعمل القيادة الجامعية في المحور الثاني والتي من خلاله تم استعراض اتجاهات الموجة الثالثة والمتمثلة في الإدارة بالأهداف، وإدارة الجودة الشاملة، إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية، وكذلك اتجاهات الموجة الرابعة والمتمثلة في الإدارة بالمعرفة، وإدارة رأس المال الفكري، وتكنولوجيا الأداء البشري، والإدارة الاستراتيجية للموارد البشرية. والمبحث الثالث، وقد تصور مقترح لمعايير أداء القيادات الجامعية بما يتوافق مع التوجهات الاستراتيجية المستقبلية للعمل القيادي،  والمهارات القيادية المتطلبة للقرن الحادي والعشرين.

     واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومدخل الدراسات المستقبلية، وقدمت تصور مقترح يتضمن قائمة معايير لأداء القيادات الجامعية بما يتوافق مع التوجهات الاستراتيجية المستقبلية للعمل القيادي،  والمهارات القيادية المتطلبة للقرن الحادي والعشرين.
